I don't think Samantha's winter outfit was ever really retired. Every month or two I've placed an order, I've added the outfit to it, only to change my mind at the last page - and they've always been available the times I was looking. They may have been sold out for a couple of weeks, and since Sam got a new coat with the movie collection, the gossip mill started turning.
